that affect the Temporomandibular Joint. This is a joint that is problematic from early teenage time to the late adult period of life. I will give a review of how it presents and what anatomic changes underly the abnormality.  

Why do we need A.I. and algorithms in Dentistry? 
Description: This is a lecture that provides a glimpse of how an algorithm-enhanced clinical decision support software system might impact dental practice in the future? Specifically, this software system is now being used at the USC Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine clinic to assist clinicians with the diagnosis of the myriad of conditions we see in this clinic. I will give a review of how it works, why it is needed and discuss its potential to reduce misdiagnoses?
